How does the facial recognition work?

On Studio plans and when enabled, our system scans every photo you upload and creates face embeddings - mathematical representations of facial features. When a buyer uploads their selfie or reference photo, we compare it against all face embeddings in your gallery to find matches. The entire process a few seconds per photos. photos. For security the facial mappings and images are stored separately. Buyer's selfie photo is NEVER stored on our servers.

From the admin dashboard, open galleries and choose create gallery. Enter a title, description, cover image, visibility, and optional event date. Save the gallery as draft while you organize it, then switch it to published when the photos, pricing, and access settings are ready.

How to regenerate watermarks on thumbnails?

Please contact us if you need to regenerate your library images. This process is CPU intensive and we might limit how often we'll do it for you. For really large libraries we might have to charge a nominal fee. Changing watermarks will apply to new images only unless you contact us to regenerate all.

Use the add media page to upload photos. You can either upload first and then assign a gallery, or assign a gallery during upload. Keep the browser tab open until the upload finishes, then wait for thumbnails and any enabled processing jobs to complete before publishing. Field such as title, description, tags etc may be filled or left empty. Empty fields are replaced with exif/iptc data from the file itself.

Usually the event organizer would supply the photographer with a list of emails and codes/IDs, only those can access whitelisted galleries. The list is encrypted on upload, we don't store the email addresses. Available on Studio plans only.

Find the photo in the media manager and change its active status to disabled, move it out of a published gallery, or delete it if it should no longer be stored. If the photo was already sold, review the related order before deleting files that a customer may still need to download.
